How is the remediation of the original industrial site carried out?
We approach remediation with maximum responsibility, carefully removing all construction and operational remnants of the original industrial activities while preserving the connection to the history of the site and its historical elements. The remediation of the site includes the complete demolition of the original buildings, ecological removal of technological units, landscaping of the land after demolition, soil sampling and remediation to meet all legal standards, hydrogeological surveys, and revitalisation of the banks of the watercourse. The project also includes a landscape study to select suitable landscape elements for the future relaxation park. Complete ecological remediation is carried out according to the methodologies of the Ministry of the Environment. Expert geological and environmental supervision is present at every step. All work is monitored and approved by state administration authorities, including the Regional Public Health Authority and the Czech Environmental Inspectorate. The remediation is carried out by certified companies specialising in the reclamation of brownfields. Every step is documented and the results are independently verified.
