What is the project timeline?
The development project has already successfully completed the stage of changing the zoning plan, allowing residential construction with an expected maximum of 280 residents in 96 apartment units. In autumn 2025, extensive remediation of the site was launched under the auspices of EU funding, and this will take approximately 22 months. We are now working with architects and designers to prepare the documentation required for the construction permit, which will follow on from the above-mentioned urban study. We expect the construction permit to be issued by June 2027, followed by the start of the first phase of construction in July 2027.
